Terms and Condition
01. Cash, Mobile. Cigarettes, Drugs, Inflammable Items Gold, High-value items must be not included in this shipment
02. Electronics items should be sent by original packing
03. If any Damage Occurs for packing should get by writing from the delivery people.
04 Company is not responsible for any broken glass items, spoiled liquid items perishable and breakable items shipped at owner’s risk.
05. We are not responsible for any damages or loss in transit unless requested by the Customer to arrange for Insurance Cover
06. Balanced bills or unpaid shipments will not be shipped till not cleared the payment
07. With respect to anyone’s shipment our liability for loss or damage US $100 of your goods (attached receipt or declared the value) and we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control this including act of GOD Fire, Earthquake, Food, Phone Cash, Ship tracking or any defect or characteristics to do with the shipment, damage of Electrical or Electronics
08 Shipment Insurance:
We recommend if you wish to take shipment insurance we can arrange for you on any
insurance company in Kuwait for your shipment, by paying extra money for the insurance company
09. Claim:
Any Claim for loss include undelivered or damaged especially for electronic items which have original pack you must report to forwarders within 24 hours, If you can’t contact the forwarders
10 Delivery time is estimated only, all depends on conditions of the destination
11 Tax Prepaid
The shipper agrees that additional taxes and duties levied by out-of-Kuwait customs shall be billed and paid for by his consignee before actual delivery.
12 Any shipment when sent out of Kuwait of any resent. We do not bring the shipment back to Kuwait
13. Any shipment needs to be refunded back to the consignee or before go to out of Kuwait, You must need to pay local transportation charges minimum 10 K.D.
14. When sent the shipment shipper and consignee agree to not make any complaints or legal action
(against to shipments not reached) until after 4 months from billing date
15. We are not responsible any complaints after 6 months.
16 If not clear payment of the shipment from 2 months from the billing date the cargo can sell or donate to poor the shipment with out the permission of the consignee or shipper.
17. If the shipper or consignee not provide the correct details (name, address or tel nos.) to our foreign agent of the final destination (our foreign forwarder store) can also resulted to sell or donate to poor the shipment with out the permission of the consignee or shipper after 3 month from the arrival date to the foreign agent store.
